Justin Tennant is an entrepreneur, commercial real estate investor, and business advisor with over 25 years of operational and executive experience. He began his career in institutional finance at BNY Mellon, where his performance led him to become one of the youngest Vice Presidents at the bank.

In 2011, Justin founded Surgical Product Solutions (SPS) without outside institutional capital, bootstrapping and scaling it into a national healthcare distribution platform with 80+ team members, serving healthcare systems across all 50 states, and generating over $40 million in annual revenue. He was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 2023.

In 2024, Justin executed a successful sale of SPS to private equity firm Shore Capital Partners, collaborating closely with private equity leadership through platform integration and recapitalization.

Through Tennant Enterprises LLC, Justin deploys private capital into high-conviction real estate and scalable small businesses, bringing an operator's rigor to every investment.
